Komplete audio 6 midi
This is the same software suggested by Rainer in Traktor Bible to help when mapping contollers. I found the best way to detect wether or not you are receiving midi signals is to use Midi monitor Hardware set up - Midi device is connected (and switched on) midi out > to midi in (Audio 6)
#Komplete audio 6 midi how to
How to resolve non responding midi from Mac/NI Audio 6: I'm gonna try describe the procedure in a bit more detail for anyone else who comes across the problem: Thank you very much for your help, yes those two threads hold the answer although they're not completely clear (at least for someone like me who is still learning a lot of this audio/midi stuff) I found a link to the same problem here, but it doesn't look like anything got resolved.Īnyone who can help would be very grateful. It seemed fine for a bit, but now I have no midi being recognised by either garageband, maschine (KA6 Displays Green Midi In light, but stays solid when kit is played), I also have Midi monitor running and have nothing registering at all.
Problem (I think) when midipipe was working as a midi conversion software it had to "hijack" Komplete Audio 6 to re route signals. Having tried and failed to get the Yamaha DTXplorer to control midi within Maschine (using Midipipe to redirect midi signals), I then tried to use the DTX drumkit to control sounds within garageband (Midi out of drums > Midi in KA6), which worked perfectly except snare and bass were messed up due to incorrect midi note values, so midipipe was used to correct the discrepancy.
I'm using, OSX 10.7.5, Komplete Audio 6, Maschine 2.0 and a Yamaha DTXplorer (Electric drum kit with a midi out).
Hi, i have the exact same problem described above, the only difference is i'm using OSX, they talk about Midi OX to solve, which isn't available for Mac.
